From tomorrow, I officially become a property owner and have my first step on the so-called property ladder. My commute time will reduce from 1hr 30mins (at least) to 15mins (to be confirmed). My monthly disposal income will also reduce vastly. Oh well, what the heck!

Taipei
First time to Taiwan, 3 days of holidays with parents followed by 3 days of business. It's cleaner and tidier than I expected, and food is nice. Lots of cheap but clean and nice food all over the city. And, most importantly, I've found another fantastic holel - Les Suites Taipei (here). It's simply elegant ie. simple and excellent. Stylish design, clean, nice service, thoughtful equipments in room, etc...

But during this time in Taipei, you just don't want to watch the local TV channels. It's simply messy, the politics, the Taiwanese (福建話) reporting, blablabla, not nice.
